Units can be developed to retrofit existing installations and incorporate features such as our pressure compensated flow control valves for a controlled descent or the use of stainless steel for hygienic applications. Innovative design uses proven pump components to meet customer requirements.
We provide steel, aluminium alloy or stainless steel construction with a sealed hydraulic system, allowing all parts to be readily serviceable. A combined hydraulic pump and ram provides for a compact design. Slow or fast pressure relief valves control ram retraction, with two-speed technology available for rapid ram advance to load. Our models are available with spring assisted or 4-way valve return for ram, and an optional integral relief valve to prevent over-pressurisation.
Units include 700 bar equipment for high force/low mass.
