Pressure Testing Pumps
Over 25 years, we have specialised in hand hydraulic hydrostatic pressure test pumps. We can also supply units fitted with air driven pumps.
Sarum Hydraulics manufactures a modular range of pressure and hydraulic test pumps covering the range 1 bar to 1000 bar on a range of fluids including water, mineral oil, kerosene, glycols and skydrol. Our Micropac® brand multifluid hand pumps are mounted on fixed or portable reservoirs to form compact and lightweight test units. Units can incorporate release valves, gauges, relief valves, hoses and couplings to offer cost effective pressure testing solutions.
Pumps are manufactured as single or two speed models in anodised alloy / stainless wetted parts or stainless steel and bronze construction. An auxiliary air driven pump can be incorporated where there is a larger volume to pre-fill.
Our O-ring poppet check and soft-seat valves offer very low leakage and long service life.
Micropac® test units are rugged tools used widely in particular industries and for particular tasks, including calibration, testing and setting of valves and sensors, cylinder and system proof testing and operational testing such as on high fog extinguisher installations.
The anodised alloy/stainless wetted parts pump will suit many applications. Units are available in stainless 316/bronze/small amounts of stainless 302/303/304/420/431 for specific applications where low corrosion is required. For example, pressure testing of system or pipework on seawater, as might be found in reverse osmosis systems would require a stainless pump.
