As much of our product range is manifold based, we have considerable expertise in using our standard manual pump components and integrating these into a hydraulic manifold with additional ports or valves.
An example would be a manual override unit where we can add a low pressure relief valve, make-up check valve and speed control valves to give the additional circuitry used on actuator overrides in one compact module. Reasons for providing custom units may be the need to integrate various functions into a compact, cost effective unit or even to replace a current supplier.
Custom low-mass units are also available. We use high tensile steels and innovative design to provide lightweight hydraulic solutions. An example would be a low-mass portable manual jack.
